This is your chance to join a winning team. Motor Coach Industries (MCI), an industry leader in Charter and Luxury Touring Coaches, is seeking a Product Support Technician to join our team.

Reporting to the Technical Call Center Manager, the Product Support Technician will be responsible for successfully troubleshooting and providing technical support to both internal and external customers. In this critical role, you will need to diagnose, troubleshoot and document service and maintenance occurrences with MCI products.

Primary Responsibilities
• Receive and respond to incoming customer calls and e-mail providing them with troubleshooting assistance and technical information
• Assist customers in understanding service manual
• Provide 24 hour on-call emergency support
• Document trouble shooting procedures and product issues

Educational / Experience Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED, Bachelors degree specializing in Engineering preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with heavy duty trucks and/or buses
• Proficient in HVAC electrical systems
• Must be computer literate
• Heavy duty mechanics and/or diesel mechanics preferred
